Skills Utilized
Throughout my graduate school experience, I have had the opportunity to explore various functional areas within the profession of Student Affairs. During my experience are a Graduate Assistant for the Graduate School, I was able to create various promotional flyers and qualtrics surveys on behalf of the graduate school.
As a practicum student in the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion, I have been able to plan programs, serve on the DEI Action Team here at Miami, and present numerous presentations on behalf of the CSDI.
Finally, as an Intern for the Rinella Learning Center, I have been able to serve as an academic coach and course instructor. Growing up, my grandmother was a school teacher. It has been such a pleasure to live out that portion of her life and incorporate it into a skill that I now enjoy.
Below I have included a few images of what I have been able to create as a scholar-practitioner, including the syllabus from EDT 110, the course I instruct through the Rinella Learning Center.
Exploring Identity
This is a presentation I was able to work on through my practicum with CSDI. Identity and how college students develop is something I have always been very interested in. I had the pleasure to present this curriculum with my practicum supervisor in front of a group of 100+ Sorority women. To access this presentation, click the image above.

Miami University Graduate School Youtube Promotion
Flyer creation was a major component of my assistantship within the Graduate School. Above is a promotional flyer I created to encourage people to subscribe to the youtube channel.
